If you live in rented accomodation (local authority or private landlord) which is sub standard and not in compliance with the housing legislation and/or there are conditions in your property which are a statutory nuisance and/or predjudicial to health then we can help you rectify this situation. We will carry out a housing inspection which is free of charge and take court action on your behalf. No costs will payable by you as we will recover these from the other side.
Alternatively, if you are a landlord against whom enforcement action is being taken by the Local Authority, or private action by a tennant, we can carry out an independent housing inspection of the concerned property to ensure that your interests are protected. Our Chartered Environmental Health Practitioners will attend court as expert witnesses, where necessary*.
